Severe market fluctuations, “silo-oriented processes”, a poor use of existing technology and rampant organizational disparity and inefficiency have caused this organization to question their back-office processes on a global basis.
Worked with the Executive team, Finance and IT to lead a project to improve its back office operations. TSI developed the project approach and provided several experienced business analysts to work alongside the client to map the existing processes, analyze and improve the processes, defined improved technology requirements and manage the change process and organizational changes.
Quantified over $2 million in tangible savings and have already realized over $600k from changes implemented between March and November, 2004. TSI hit every project milestone that was set, while completing the project under budget.
