TSI was started in April of 1995 by Dan Feely and later joined by several other “Big 4” consultants. Our passion was centered on helping organizations grow and address competitive challenges in their marketplaces, by improving the use and integration of People, Process and Technology in a holistic manner. At the time (and today) we wanted our culture to be very different than that at large consulting firms. Our aim is to be client and solution-centric having more passion about serving clients than the firm we worked for at that time. Lastly we wanted TSI to have greater independence to serve our clients without some of the offshoring and software vendor relationships that exist in many of those firms today.
Today, TSI is a team of results-oriented process improvement, organizational change and technology strategy consultants that have deep industry and consulting experience. Over the years we have evolved and now focus on helping for profit companies and progressive higher education to meet their unique growth and change challenges. Our seasoned consultants focus their expertise as project managers, business analysts, organizational change agents, thought leaders and facilitators. TSI’s team consists of experienced, energetic, results-oriented, “easy to work with” individuals who have proven themselves within a variety of industries and/or established consulting firms.
