TSI was started in 1995 by Dan Feely and later joined by several other “Big 4” consultants who were more passionate about serving clients than the firm we worked for at that time. Further, Dan wanted TSI to have greater independence to serve growth-oriented clients without the bias for offshoring large technology-oriented implementation teams that exist in many of those firms today.
Today, TSI is a team of results-oriented process improvement and technology strategy consultants driving change and organizational performance at each client engagement.
