Dan Feely has over 25 years of expertise helping corporate, higher education and non-profit clients achieve their strategies that often center on improving their key business and organizational results (ranging from efficiency,  profitability, customer satisfaction) more consistently.  As a driving force for TSI, Dan works with client teams directly as he helps lead or provide subject matter expertise or quality assurance role on a large number of TSI’s business strategy, customer experience, technology strategy and change-oriented engagements.  Dan has led many of TSI’s highest profile engagements with organizations such as Abbott Labs, Avexis, the University of Chicago, Groupon, PepsiCo, NYU and SBC/Ameritech and AboveNet Communications to name a few.

Creatively improving organizational performance, both with and without the introduction of new technology, to achieve sustainable operational, management and strategic gains is Dan’s forte. He has successfully completed projects and has substantial experience in many industries and business environments.  Additionally, Dan teaches Process Improvement courses in the Executive Education Departments on behalf of the University of California – Berkeley, Michigan State University – Broad School of Management, University of Chicago and Colorado State University.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science with Academic and Athletic Honors in Operations Management/Information Systems from Northern Illinois University (NIU). After graduating from NIU, Dan started his career with  Accenture (Andersen Consulting at the time) both in Chicago and London.

Dan, his wife Anne and their three daughters live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He is actively involved in a number of community activities and Executive Boards including Hope International, Northern Illinois University, the Illinois Technology Association, Barrington High School Incubator and the boards of several growing companies in Chicago and on the west coast. Dan is also a member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago and the Turnaround Management Association.

Sharon Davis

Corporate Administrator and Accounting Manager

Sharon Davis is a highly-driven professional with the talent and background that are perfectly suited for her role at Transforming Solutions.  She has a comprehensive area of responsibility that includes all accounting, customer service related functions, office operations, and coordination of HR support.

Backed by 20 plus years in the consulting industry, Sharon brings a wide range of knowledge and practical experience.  As a very successful financial analyst in the Chicagoland area, she adeptly handled both external client projects in conjunction with many internal roles and responsibilities.  She also successfully served in management roles across various accounting and customer service functions.  Her knowledge of the industry coupled with strong organizational skills make Sharon a highly valued resource for our customers and internal staff.

Sharon attended Kankakee Community College in Central Illinois.  She, with her husband and two boys, reside in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Kyle Glick

Kyle Glick is a Business Analyst and Senior Consultant working for TSI.  Kyle has experience in higher education and prior to joining TSI, years of experience in operations and IT management, particularly in food and beverage. During that time, in his work managing inventory levels as a Purchasing Agent, ensuring daily and long-term operational success as a Quality Control Manager, or working to support projects and end users as an IT Support Specialist, Kyle’s focus has always been on constant improvement through incremental success and precision planning. Kyle leverages his diverse background to be an effective Project Manager and a valuable resource dedicated to on time and on budget project delivery. Overall, his TSI project experience includes leading and contributing to projects in project management, business process improvement, requirements development, software vendor evaluation, strategic planning, organizational change management, and technology assessment projects across a variety of industries.

Kyle received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sport and Exercise Science, Sport and Fitness Management from the University of Kansas School of Education, along with a Minor in Business.  After graduation, Kyle spent time with the University of Kansas Athletics Department as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team.  Following his stint as an Assistant Coach, Kyle returned to school where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Kansas School of Business.

Kyle lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife Jamie and their children.

Carl Manello

Carl Manello

Carl Manello partners with and advises senior executives in their large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives, establishing proven practices for operations and governance, and effectively delivering initiatives. Carl is an experienced executive with over 30 years of line management, program management, and operational experience in higher education, manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, and non-profit industries.

Carl has served in the roles of Vice President of Information Technology, Practice Lead for project management solutions, Director of Application Services, and has worked in Internal Audit as an IT auditor. As both an employee and as a consultant, Carl has worked at more than 5 universities and 40 corporations including the University of Michigan, Ameritas, R. R. Donnelley & Sons, Fiserv, Zurich Insurance, Sears Holdings, Walgreens, and Motorola. In 2015 he published his first book Delivery Effectiveness and is a contributing author to Dr. Harold Kerzner’s Project Management Best Practices. In addition, Carl blogs on project management and other keys to great delivery.

Carl is focused on community leadership.  He has served on the Executive Board of Directors for the Lincoln Arts Council, has served other organizations including a childcare/camp non-profit and a free clinic.  Carl has worked with the University of Nebraska, the University of Michigan, and Doane University, coaching, mentoring, and giving back to the students.  He has developed and taught courses on Project/Program Management and business acumen.

He has presented in several forums on strategy development and business analysis, and on designing, setting up and running large scale programs and PMO’s across a variety of industries, establishing best practices and improving PM capabilities.  He is particularly focused on establishing value-add to project management delivery through the introduction of key capabilities that allow for oversight and control and the crucial integration of change management.

Carl graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in political science, specializing in international relations.  He took his degree to Washington, DC where he worked at the Committee for National Security.  He returned to school for an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and moved to Chicago where he spent almost 30 years.

Peggy Huston

Peggy has over 25 years of experience in leading and supporting transformational change in both public and private organizations.  Her passion is helping executives and senior leaders align their organizational culture and strategic goals to drive sustainable outcomes.  She is accomplished at strategic planning, organizational design and development, workforce planning, project and change management, operations start-up and management, team building, and effective meeting facilitation.

A full career of hands on experience enables her to support leaders in envisioning an ideal future and exploring and developing the path to get there.  Prior to joining TSI, Peggy served as the Chief Operations Officer of a shared services center, where she had up to 750 employees reporting to her that provided a wide range of administrative services.  She is well known for her leadership of a program that transformed the administrative operations at UC Berkeley. She has presented both nationally and internationally, and co-wrote and published an article for the Center for Studies in Higher Education, on the development, planning, execution, and outcomes of the Berkeley program.  She has also started up and managed program offices, served as a systems administrator, and accomplished many successful technology implementations.

Peggy earned her MBA from California State University, East Bay and her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.  She is currently working toward an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) certification and has previously held a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.  In addition to her formal education, Peggy received training in Leadership Development and Organizational Diagnosis and Group Facilitation.  Peggy was awarded the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation Leader of Change Award in 2014.

Robin Leckinger

Robin joined the TSI team specializing in Organizational Change Management, having worked in both large and small corporations along with leading multiple consulting engagements over the course of her career. Robin has been a key member of senior leadership teams, bringing a unique mix of executive and operations experience. She has a deep foundation as a change agent leading global teams through business transformation due to acquisition, carve outs and private equity ownership. Robin’s experience brings focus on achieving results in fast paced, challenging environments which demand rapid results.

Robin leverages thoughtful, confident decision making to drive continuous improvement. She is a skilled strategist and tactician who keeps a pulse on big picture issues, resolving complex challenges through clear goal setting, global process improvements and strong matrix management. She is recognized as a trusted advisor, leading with integrity to build and empower high performing cross functional teams and creating strong collaboration with executive management and stakeholders at all levels.

Recently, Robin has applied her skills and expertise with several of TSI’s university clients.

Robin graduated with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College.

Gerald Doyle

Gerald leverages his 30 plus years of experience in student success, diversity, career services, advancement, and other adjacent areas to provide value to TSI projects and the clients we serve. He is a former Vice Provost of Student Access, Success, and Diversity Initiatives & Career Services. In addition to his work with TSI, Gerald advises at Upkey, GetSet, Tri Cosain, and other EdTech startups and initiatives both in the United States and globally.

When not consulting, advising, and driving initiatives, Gerald teaches Business and Entrepreneurship, Applied Economics, and Internship at Wolcott College Prep.

Gerald received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Chicago. He also earned a Masters from the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University

Tim Rice

Tim Rice brings over fifteen years of experience in Intercollegiate Athletics leadership experience to TSI and its clients. In 2021, Tim was recognized as the NAADD University Fundraiser of the Year while serving as Sr. Associate Athletic Director for Development at San Diego State University. Tim is pursuing an Ed.D in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California where his dissertation is focused on industry transformation and components of athlete compensation. Throughout his career in college athletics, Tim has gained expertise in every facet of revenue generation and organizational advancement. Tim has also held external relations roles at San Jose State University, Northern Illinois University, UC Berkeley, and Grand Valley State University.

Gina Vizvary

Gina R. Vizvary, PhD

Senior Education Consultant

Gina’s career in higher education advancement gives her a unique perspective on the future of university philanthropy. Wearing many hats, she has broad knowledge of development and alumni relations program including work in stewardship, annual giving, prospect cultivation, and communications. Gina has extensive experience working with high-level donors, trustees, and advisory councils. Her event planning responsibilities brought her in frequent collaboration with university presidential staff, deans, faculty, and students.  

Gina has a demonstrated history of analyzing donor data from Constituent Relationship Management software to drive strategic planning. Her ability to translate complicated data into simple infographics and quick facts has helped advancement and university leaders make decisions about the future of advancement programs. Her career includes roles at Northwestern University, University of Chicago, and George Mason University. 

Gina earned her doctoral degree from Michigan State University’s Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education program concentrating in governance, organizational theory, and philanthropy. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Chicago. 

Jonathan Matta

Jonathan Matta

Leadership, Team Building and Management Consultant

Jonathan has deep design-thing and customer experience based expertise along with team building and leadership credentials. Jonathan has practiced Design Thinking and Human Centered Design for the last 10 years, with his most recent experience building an internal design team at the start up RXBAR. While Jonathan has aimed design strategies at a number of organizational structures, his passion lies in all things cultural, including human resources, organizational design and development, and learning and development.

A curious and imaginative disruptor, Jonathan sharpened his design skills at Stanford’s d.school, IDEO-U, and holds an alternative and experiential Masters from Seth Godin’s altMBA.   Jonathan received his bachelor’s degree in business from DePaul University .

Jonathan believes that the power of design is the kryptonite to the complex problems all organizations face today, and he has a passion for aligning teams on creating a collective vision for where, and why, they are going where they are going.

Jonathan, his wife Erin, and their 3 children live in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, IL.

Kevin is a senior IT executive with significant experience delivering effective business-driven computer systems and global logistic support services. He has been a key member of senior management teams with a proven ability to contribute to the overall business success through his technology leadership and the development of cutting-edge, cost-effective, service-oriented IT departments.

Kevin’s career includes work with businesses of all sizes from entrepreneur through billion dollar revenues. With more than 30 years of experience, especially in distribution/logistics, electronics, consumer products, private and family business, and hospitality, he has transformed the business processes using the appropriate technologies for each business. Additionally, Kevin has been the senior technology officer (VP, SVP, CIO) at several companies over the past 21 years.

Kevin graduated with an MM/MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and was chosen by his classmates to be their class speaker at graduation alongside Rep. Richard “Dick” Gephardt (D-MO).  He is a member of the Society of Information Management, the Association for IT Professionals, and several IT networking communities.

Kevin and his wife Dr. Jamie S. Reilly, Ed.D. live in the western suburbs of Chicago.  They have two children and two grandchildren that they dote on.

Susan Rossetti is a Higher Education Consultant with more than 20 years of experience working in the non-profit sector. Susan’s strength is in assessing and synthesizing client input and distilling it into critical action steps that enable successful change. Over the years, Susan’s roles entailed work in fundraising, strategic marketing, external relations, product and project management, event management, and market research.

Prior to joining TSI, Susan worked in Societal Advancement at the Center for Creative Leadership, contributing to leadership work for the Gates Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the American Express Leadership Academy. Before that Susan served as a Senior Associate Director of Major Gifts at the University of Chicago, contributing to the University’s two billion dollar goal and helping plan the next campaign. Previous roles included: Director of External Affairs at the Arts & Business Council of Chicago and Marketing Manager at Film Independent. Susan began her career in product management at M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY, where she cut her teeth directing all aspects of relationship and retention marketing for consumer deposits.

Susan received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago and holds an MBA with concentrations in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. Susan served on the boards of Pacific Asian Consulting Services, IFP/Chicago, and Greensboro Montessori School. She is currently a literacy volunteer for Reading Connections in Greensboro, NC, and in her spare time can be found swimming, biking, and running, slowly, in local triathlons.

Jackie Riffice

Jackie Riffice is a results-driven professional with expertise in program management; project management; process improvement and reengineering; and business standards. She assists organizations in improving efficiency and effectiveness by managing systems implementation projects, adjusting business procedures and policies, removing roadblocks, identifying non-productive practices, and building successful corporate infrastructures. Jackie is a take-charge individual with exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through. She is acknowledged for her collaborative leadership style and the ability to empower associates. She can manage complex projects simultaneously and deliver strategic initiatives on time.

Jackie has successfully completed projects and has substantial experience in many industries and business environments.  These include: Wholesale Distribution and Logistics, Inventory, Retail Operations, Publishing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Customer Service and Call Centers and Small Business Development.

Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Illinois State University and has attended a significant amount of ongoing training in both Facilitation and Leadership from the Covey Leadership Center.

Vilaya “Ling” Sirivong

Associate Consultant

Ling Sirivong is TSI’s Associate Consultant with experience in higher education software technology as a member of the Sales Enablement team. During that time, she contributed to various aspects of the work, including project management, organizational change management, cross-functional team engagement, sales strategy and enablement, and sales process/tool documentation. She has also made significant contributions to improving marketing strategies and community outreach efforts for ACIRAH, a digital health platform company, aimed at increasing the enrollment of African Americans in clinical trials.

Born and raised in Laos, Ling dedicates her spare time to coaching and training young students on study abroad scholarship processes, drawing from her diverse background.

Before moving to Los Angeles, Ling received her Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis on Leadership and minors in Data Analytics, Business Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Northern Illinois University.
