A large US-based pharmaceutical company asked TSI to conduct a comprehensive redesign of Purchase to Pay (P2P) functions for over a dozen North American business units. Included were hundreds of process models spanning the entire spectrum of procure-to-pay. The team analyzed current state business processes, pain points, customer surveys, statistical data, and external benchmarking. TSI worked with business leaders in Finance to develop a program portfolio of projects that enabled the migration of the business to the strategic future state. The program portfolio included business process redesign, technology projects that included enhancements and new UI’s into SAP SRM, and management/HR-related initiatives to improve accountability, adoption, training, and communication.
A specialty pharmaceutical company engaged with TSI to lead a global program to refine processes and implement JD Edwards within Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Prior to the first project, TSI was engaged to lead a selection process for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
