It’s hard to believe that just 27 short years ago, we decided to “hang the shingle” with the name Transforming Solutions, Inc., on it. So given the occasion, I thought I would take a minute to share a thought or two.
- Great employees – we have been blessed to have so many outstanding, talented hard working consultants. I’m confident there is nothing that TSI has achieved that is the result of any one individual. As a team, we have come very far. We’ve developed a great reputation in areas that have many obstacles and challenges and you helped us overcome those. I have so much respect for my team and those who were with us for the journey to get us to where we are now. You all rock.
- Faithful clients – many of the projects we work on are risky. Sometimes even more so, when we are working with an executive who has brought us in when she/he is relatively new in their position. The trust that many of our clients have placed in us is humbling and gratifying. Thank you for believing in us and placing your trust in what we have done together.
- Understanding spouses, significant others, families, friends and pets – we often need to juggle priorities when urgent situations arise. So many times, have those closest to us to thank for picking up our slack. To Anne, Lauren, Caitlin and Sarah – you guys are the best!
- Our community – vendors, colleagues and other “friends of the firm”, thank you for being part of our ride and letting us be part of yours. We appreciate you and have enjoyed these experiences with you.
We are looking forward to the next chapters and making more awesomeness happen in the years ahead.
