What is a PM Effectiveness Self-Assessment?

The PM Effectiveness Assessment is a high-level questionnaire created to help you determine your project delivery capabilities. This tool is a great first step as part of a broader Project Management Effectiveness approach and helps to determine quickly and simply your organization’s need for change.  After that, reach out and we would be happy to have a conversation about incremental changes you can undertake to drive valuable change.

Why TSI is different

Teams that desire to implement significant change will only succeed if they understand where they are at, and if they verify that change is welcome. At Transforming Solutions, we can architect a path for change for your delivery organization. That path builds upon the combination of people, process, and technology.  We bring decades of experience helping organizations like yours develop capabilities, deliver more efficiently, and improve their effectiveness in execution.

What We Do

TSI believes that – built on our ongoing research and the successful implementation of hundreds of projects – improvement should be simple, incremental, and focused on value.

We have developed this web-based assessment as a first step for you to understand where you are at today, as well as where you want to get to tomorrow.

This assessment can be used in several ways, including evaluating the perspective of several individuals (especially at various levels and positions) and measuring the perception of the team. Once the assessment is complete, we are here to engage if you need us.  We can work with your team to review the outcomes and to develop a customized approach and plan for change. In some cases, the next step is a more detailed delivery assessment.  In other cases, it can be a strategic visioning and road-mapping sessions with your key constituents.  We will tailor our work to meet your specific needs.

Tools We Use

We have a multiplicity of tools at our disposal, including the assessment on this page.  In addition, we have maturity roadmaps for project management, tools and templates that support delivery, strategic planning materials (including facilitated forums), and practical advice from project management leaders.
