Program/Project Management and Control

TSI believes that project management should be more than coordinating meetings, planning schedules, and chasing team members for status updates. Program control advocates a leadership view: initiatives should be directed by leaders who have the responsibility to deliver value through their project delivery. To be successful, those leaders need tools and processes to help them be effective.

TSI strives to manage programs and projects in the context of our clients’ environments. Where some consultants take a “project management in a box” approach, giving you a set of downloaded templates, TSI can help in several areas.

If PM training is needed, TSI will bring its project management training (aligned with the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge) and its collection of proven techniques for leverage by your organization. We will work within your team – tailoring our approach to your needs – to standardize scalable methods that drive consistent quality.

If hands-on PM leadership and assistance is needed, TSI will take on this work as well. We have an excellent track record of leading projects to a successful, on-time, full-scope and high quality result.
