Careers at TSI

Curious about a career in consulting? Despite the volatile economic conditions, Team TSI is growing. We are striving to continue to build our consulting team with talented, hard-working (yet balanced) contributors who seek a career, not simply a job. We strive to find talented individuals who are versatile and can work well as part of a consulting team and independently, depending on the circumstances.

At TSI, you have a chance to work on innovative projects with dynamic and interesting organizations. Think about it from this perspective (especially if you are working at an organization that seems complacent or resistant to change), why would an organization invest in us, an outside consulting firm, if they truly did not have a desire to change?

For our projects to succeed (and thankfully, our projects beat the mediocre change and implementation statistics by a long shot), we rely on talented, motivated team players who share similar values. Give these a quick read first to see if we are aligned.

Your Role

We realize that our people make all the difference since our culture is oriented toward helping our clients with work that matters to them. At TSI, we are not looking for people to simply “hold down a desk”.  Instead, we are a group that wants to make a positive impact. To this end, we want to recruit and hire the best, most resourceful, hard working, fun loving, professional, critical thinkers. These “thinkers” have a desire to be consults helping organizations with a host of process, technology and organizational change management challenges. In return, we’ll grow, learn, accomplish and laugh together as we continue to help our clients meet their critical needs.

With this in mind, TSI is always in search of those with a consultant mindset and significant industry or client delivery experience who bring passion and an analytic eye to all that they do.
